Power window motors do have a tendency to die out, but not at the same time.
i would start by checking the fuses, each power window has its own 20A fuse, however I would check all the fuses, both under the hood in the fusebox and in the fusebox by the pedals. check EVERY fuse. blowing one can do wierd things to your electrical system.

A low speed steering wobble might be a damaged tyre. Feel around both front tyres and visually inspect looking for any lumps etc, sidewalls too.

Ihad a bad tire once...
It would require re-balancing on a regular basis, but as much as I tried to inspect it, I couldn't see anything. No wobbling or squirming visible while driving alongside. Finally the separated belt began poking thru the surface.

if you've driven the tire on a flat it might has tore up the sidewall inside the tire. now there is a clump of rubber that is rolling around inside it. but you'd most likely get a problem at highway speeds from this. like stated, i'd suspect a bad tire(shift belt) with a low speed problem.
