Still have cold start problem
Subject: '99 Accord V-tec V6: I've spent over $700. for Egr valve(?) Oxygen sensor, new plugs and wires, fuel pressure regulator, dist. cap, engine flush, new oil a& filter, air filter and the "automatic" enrichner system doesn't kick-in. On cold starts the engine will only idle at low warm engine idle, after 3 or 4 start efforts, then it must set there for 20 to 30 seconds before you try to move. So, I''m now thinking that the problem is that the enrichner system is controlled by the computer.
1. COULD THAT BE TRUE?
2. And if so, where is it located on/in the vehicle?
3. And is it a "plug and play" unit?
4. What would you estimate the cost to be?
5. Are there other resources other than a dealership which might be cheaper?
I know, lots of questions--but it's the wifes car and the cold morning starts are about to begin again. I'd appreciate any solution suggestions.

There is no "enrichner system". There is an idle air control valve that enables fast idle of cold engine. It is likely not functioning due to dirt/carbon build up. Remove and clean throughly. Also clean throttle body and throttle plate.
There is also an Intake Air Bypass Control Valve. If it were not functioning, hard starting might result.
good luck
