Default Stuttering and missing at partial throttle

I hope someone out there can help. I have a 1994 Accord EX with manual transand V-Tech engine. It's been running great for the last year, then all of a sudden it's developed a bad miss and stuttering at partial throttle from just above idle to about 3000 rpm. It sounds like it runs on only 2 or 3 cylinders. It idles great at about 800 rpm, and at 3/4 to full throttle it is smooth and has great accelleration. The problem is only at lower rpms atpartial throttle. It actually runs better when you run it harder, but at steady throttle at 60 mph in 5th gear, it is bucking and missing. I changed the plugs and it made no difference. If it had a carb instead of fuel injection, I would say it had some dirty passages in the idle circuit. I'm thinking it's something with the IAC or something related to the idle circuit. I've checked for loose connections and vacuum leaks, but everything looks OK. Any suggestions or similar problems out there??

To test for EGR problems have the engine fully warmed up then 'powerbrake' till you get the RPM up past 1500-1700. If you feel the enginestumble, click up the link below.

Yeah, that sounds a lot like EGR ports. Thats pretty much what my car was doing until I gave the EGR ports and valve a thorough cleansing.
