Default Sun roof

I have a 96 accord and the sun roof will not open all the way nor will it shut. Any suggestions from anyone?

So does the motor run & it moves part way? (That would rule out a blown fuse)

Thanks for the welcome WheelBrokerAng. First of all I ran the system back and forth for an extended period of time trying to help it move with my other hand, as the guy I just purchased the car from said that it sticks every now and again. Then I tried to see if there was anything in the track that was stopping it but I can only see so far and it stops in different places at times, and where it comes back to close is free and clear. Then I took the liner out of the car and tried to see if the threaded push bar that feeds through the motor was bent or had any rough spots but can't find anything wrong there either. It would be nice if it were just a mater of lubing but it feels like something is stopping it, just like when it gets to the end of its track as if fully open or closed but its not. Then I ran out of daylight. I was hoping there would be someone with the same problem before I took the thing apart but here I go. Rain is coming and I've got to get this fixed.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
