I think im gunna get an 03 Accord LX. They dont have those premium alloy wheels but my moms 07 Accord does. Would it be okay to switch them?

Should I get that professionally switched? Or can it be done pretty easily. I dont think I have all the right tools. Do I just need a jack and a socket wrench?

You could use the jack and wrench in the trunk, albeit, not the best way, but it will work. Jack points are on the sides, next to the wheel wells, but under the doors. Instructions can be found in the manual under "changing a flat".
