Default Throttle body healing possibly needed

Ok, so here is the list of recent replaced parts for my 96 accord lx 2.2 mfi engine:
Idle air valve, thermostat, water pump/timing belt (both replaced within 2 yr time frame), dist cap/spark plug, tps, fuel system cleaning/gas filter replace.

Tachometer oscillates at rpm and now ride acts as if it doesn't want to stay on while in idle or park, so basically not driveable at all.

What would i need to look for in this matter?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

egr brand new, even went to shop and the mechanics say that that is not the problem at all. 304,000 miles. it used to run fine soon after fuel system clean then one week later 'reoccuring problems'. cleaned out all ports , except the air plenum. but its running very irratic on start up now in which it seems to want to completely stall out. new batt.

check engine light stays on. after repairing the TPS i drove car to get codes read and there were no codes, but at that time the engine light was off due to removal of battery terminals from an earlier repair, and also the car ran smooth to where i needed to go to get codes read but the rpm gauge still oscillated.

it stalled once while i was driving, and that began this whole process. its been constant repairs to try and fix it but to no avail, "yet" at least. Car ran fine few weeks ago after replacing spark plugs but then 2 days later, "man down".

You replaced/cleaned the EGR valve....What about the ports?

When it dies,,,does it re-start right away?

If not, check for lack of spark or fuel.
