In Canada, I'd go with the 5W20 oil. If either works, thinner is better for cold winters. Since it's likely never been done, I'd do an engine flush before your oil change, use dino oil for this round with 1 qt. of Marvel Mystery Oil and next oil change, do a 5 minute flush without rev'ing at all. This will get your crankcase and lifters nice and clean. MMO is awesome stuff!

Try using a short piece of tubing to use as a "stethoscope" and localize the sound. Do the V6's have solid or hydraulic lifters? If hydraulic, there a some additives that are advertised to help relieve lifter noise.

if its a fast clicking that sounds kind of like someone typing really fast on a loud keyboard the valves need to be adjusted.

hey guys, the problem was solved when i changed the PCV valve. just one more question, im about to change oil, how much liters of oil should i fill?

No need to ask the same question more than once,,,,,,,,,,v6 engine takes about 4.6 qts of oil,, which is about 4.35 liters ..
