Default transmission additive

I have been reading that its good to add an additive to the ATF if its shifting harshly.
I have a 92 Accord EXR thats not that bad, but have been thinking of adding this stuff, as I am reading it everywhere including consumer reviews.
Problem is I am seeing more than just one type.
They say to add Lubegard AT conditioner.
I have found this: http://www.midwayautosupply.com/c-14...-products.aspx
Can anyone tell me which Lubegard I should be getting?
Thanks

If the tranny is shifting harshly, you should change the tranny fluid using honda ATF.

Drain, refill, drive for a day. Do a total of three drains/refill to exchange a majority of the fluid. The reason you do this is that you only drain about 1/3 of the fluid from the tranny. Examine the fluid when you drain it. It should be clear, no burnt smell, and no metal shavings. Remove any metal shavings stuck to the magnetic drain plug.

GM SYnchromesh is for MANUAL trannys. It would be bad for a Honda automatic.

Agree w/ using only Honda ATF and couple of changes.

If any work has been done on throttle body or transmission, the throttle control cable may need adjusting. Throttle plate and throttle control lever on transmission should begin to move at same time.

Misadjustment can cause harsh shifts. Adjustment can be used to tailor the shift feel. Download 91 Accord shop manual from hondahookup.com per Online Manuals link for details.

good luck
