You'll be over 200 with some good tuning.

www.spoolinperformance.com - has a nice log and tubular manifold(s).

the downpipe would be simple to make. ive made a few, just find somebody handy with a welder and find a piece of plate for the flange and their you go. i havnt looked myself but i would imagine ebay has something.

All else fails GOOGLE it!! hehe always works. good luck with it and gkeep us posted

not sure how your injectors are rated. you need to check into it more. if you need injectors well then you need a fuel pump. do some research a pump is about 99 bucks for a walbro.

you will need a custom mapped ecu so look into that also.

lots of things you have to do. to me it is just easier to get a car already turboed.

well i have a chip on the car right now that erased the governor and rev limiter....and changed the air/fuel ratio....but like what kind of mapped ecu...is there a special ecu thats good for a turbo setup and i once heard you shouldnt change the stock ecu out if your going to turbo your car...im not sure on the injectors either but yea it would be a good thing to change and get a new fuel pump as well

All the regular stuff you mentioned...plus..

DSM Blue top 450cc Injectors
P28 chipped ECU with Crome, Neptune, ECTune...(look them up on Honda-Tech)

FYI - a turbo manifold listed for the F23 will fit your F22B1 aka spoolin performance

well i found some on ebay but i need the manifold to come down alittle bit ....ummm you think a manifold from a eclipse would fit ....the DSM g2 manifold...would that fit as long as they have even port 0-0-0-0 it should fit..i heard you just have to make the ports alittle bigger i think
