Default Two issues needing help

Okay I have 2 issues that I need some help with...

Number 1 - Has anyone ever hand any trouble with the radio contols on the steering wheel? On my Accord the buttons will sporadically work correctly and then other times they work incorrectly. Example - when you push the down button which should control the volume to go down, the volume goes up. Other times when you push the up button to control the volume up it changes the CD track. Both of these happen on the radio setting also. Already replaced the whole steering wheel control button module.

Number 2 - The drivers side mirror will adjust up and down but not left to right. When you push the interior button you can hear the motor move but the glass does not move. Can the guts of the mirror be fixed or do I have to replace the whole mirror assembly? If so where is a good place for OEM parts? (besides e-bay)

Thanks for all your help in advance.

How hard is the glass to remove? Does it just pop off?

On that replacement module did it include the buttoms themselves? I have a stereo that does the same thing (aftermarket) but it's because the buttons themselves are physically broken....

I didn't physically replace them myself, I had a company that the dealer choose replace them.(the place is a reputable company) These 2 items that the dealer is hassling me to fix, I don't have anything in writing for them to fix it so I might get screwed. I just sick of dealing with the dealer and I'm almost to the point of fixing it myself.
