Default Unusual Sounds when Steering

My 2002 Accord has been giving me some unusual sounds when steering.

Video of what I hear

Any ideas?

I'd check the ball joints. Sitting still, turning the wheel, the knuckle is "spinning" (if you will) the ball joints.

ball joints are a posibility, but the sound is more spring "pop" theres a ton of pressure in a loaded spring, with a worn out strut mount youll get the "pop"
either way, have a friend turn the wheel while you listen.
siezed ball joints will give you a more restricted turning radius. let go of the steering wheel in a turn, if it doesnt return, likely ball joints.
