Upper Seat cover Removal on a 2008 Accord

2010 Accord Front Seat
I went to the dealership and they told me this is a design feature, not a design problem, even though they could feel what I was talking about in my vehicle and in other 2011s that were at the dealership, they said they could not do anything about.
I then called customer service 1-800-999-1009, they said they only record calls, they will not do anything for you, but if enough people call, they might to something.
A Honda Certified Technician told me off the record, that Honda is aware of the problem and they may be issuing a technical bulletin to fix this issue.

It's a shame that after 11 new Honda's I would NEVER buy another. Yes they are reliable but after the brake problem they walked away from and now the seat that really sucks why buy Honda. The inside of my wifes 2009 EX-L Accord feels very cheap compared to almost any other car in that price range. When you call Honda you get some kid reading a script and could car less. I also have an Audi and while I have had minor problem at least they care and listen and 99% of the time resolve the issue. Oh, I have had 7 VW/Audi products since 1997
