vibration at idle

I don't have any pictures and can't vouch where it is on 89 Accord. On 90 Accord it's near top dead center on the throttle body entrance, perhaps 11 o'clock position. It's a flat screw flush w/ an opening.
Go to following link and download the 86-89 manual from Spooner.

Section/page 12-41 shows a picture of it..Check the DIY section for the link to spoonertuner manuals.
I can go out and get a picture if that doesn't help, let me know.
EDIT: too slow in typing. Texas already answered. Again I've two of these so if you need a pic let me know and I can post/send one later today.

I found the screw after Texas explained to me what it looked like. I still need to ask where the The IACV is and what it looks like. I tried downloading a manual from spooner but for some reason Adobe can't read it. I wouldn't have to ask all these questions if I could download the manual. So for that I apologize. When you say plug the IACV back in and pull the fuse for the CEL am i right in assuming that if I just unhook the battery for 20 sec. that would be the same thing? Also I'm assuming I should do all this with the car running( of course) and warmed up. Thanxs Texas and Poorman again for the help

Looks like the file is not a pdf, but a "bittorrent" file. You may to do some googling to find out how to decompress the file.
IACV should be near the throttle plate on the throttle body. It provides a path for air to bypass the throttle plate and ECM modulates the IACV open time (rapid open/close cycles of solenoid valve) to manage the idle speed. It will have a two wire electrical connector attached to IACV. The 1990 model also had inlet/outlet coolant flow hoses to heat the IACV.
good luck

Do I have everything else right though? Meaning disconnecting the battery for 20 sec. to reset the ECM and adjusting the idle with that screw when the car is warm and running? Thanxs. I actually went to Autozones website to find a picture of the IACV and connecter. So I now know what it looks like.

I don't know w/ certainty, because I don't have a manual either. My guidance is based on later models (90^). The autozone information may provide some guidance.
You will know if disconnecting the battery for 20 secs works, since the CEL will go off.
Let us know how it goes.
good luck

Maybe a little more help, my manual is on the "other computer", so I'm going on memory and the 88 LXi outside...PM me with a mailing address and I can burn the manual I have and mail it to you....you can repay the .75 cents or so some other day or make a donation to you favorite charity...
The IACV or EACV(??), there should be a two pin connector, almost in the middle of the plen chamber...behind injector on cyl #2. I'll also suggest, remove the idle screw-counted turns to get it back to @ the right place, and be sure to clean out the tiny passage...spray carb cleaner in there.
There is a fuse in the underhood box, #11 -ECU/Clock, that you can pull...or the cable.
I missed anything about having a CEL code. Note on the codes, on these (86-89), are retrived by looking at the "blinking" light on the ECU. Located under the left/drivers seat...slide it forward, from behind the seat open the little plastic cover, put the ign in the "II"-on position. Count the blinks,,,,long=10, shorts are 1's. Might do that before re-setting the ECU?

Hey poorman I sent you a p.m.. Did you say to take the idle screw copletely out then clean behind it? The only 2 pin connecter I can find is the one that comes from the fuel rail. Other than that there is a three pin connecter to the left of the idle screw(if your standing on the passenger side of the car) sort of on the back of the throttle body next to the fire wall. That is the one I unplugged and my engine light came on inside the car.
Also off topic a little How do you get to the marker and signal bulbs in the front of the car. I can not figure out how to replace my burnt out bulbs. I can't even get to the sockets. I have the retractable lights on mine

Replied to your PM, give snail mail a few days and you should be in business.
Yes, in the manual it does suggest removing the screw all the way and sparying carb cleaner or something in the tiny hole to be sure it is not clogged up, count the number of turns so when you re-install you have a starting point.
From infront of the car, find the connector to the fuel injector for cyl #2-second from the left/drivers side/belt side of the engine. Just behind, towards the back of the car, should be a whiteish-time might have turned it yellow-two pin connector.
EDIT: I can take a pic Thurs-too dark by the time I get home- and e-mail it if need be.
Marker lights-front-
The ones "in the bumper"- remove the little plastic pannel below the lens, just pull gently kind of from the top. Once removed you'll see a small phillips screw towards the outside of the car-not sure which side. You might have to lay on the ground and look up into the bumper to see it. Once removed pull the lens forward, gently and slowly......can' remember if that is a #1157-two pin or 1156-single pin.
EDIT-just did this tonight-11-26-10, memory is going bad:The ones "on/in the fender", outside of the headlight. Open the headlights, either turn them on or use the switch on the dash to the right of the ster wheel to open them. Open the hood. Remove the two screws above the headlight, holding the black trim around the headlight and one from the "inside" of the headlight, that is why the hood is up, and one on the outside of the headlight (four total)-remove the plastic trim from around the headlight. From there you can get to the screws into the side marker light, two "slots" in the black plastic piece. Once those are out, gently/slowly pull the marker light towards the front of the car. bulb #194-remember that one.
