Go to hondapartscheap.com and then enter your info, and click on Front/Rear Lower Arm. It will give you a picture and the parts.

That's actually my master machinist friend burning out the sub-frame bushings on my tC. He has a 1/2 inch wide carbide belt sander that we used to thin out the metal sleeves, then we made the final cut with a hacksaw blade. I think that the sleeves from the control arms came out with an air chisel, but I'm not sure.
