So, replaced the axle, and the vibration persists. As for the bearing, how major is this problem?

No I haven't, do you really think that would cause the vibration? The vibration only happens when I'm just putting along. Like my shifting would be start out in first, hit 3,000rpms shift to 2nd and vibrations occur till I'm up to 3,000 rpms again, shift into 3rd fine, shift 4th fine, 5th fine.

What rpm are you "putting" along at?

If you "are on it" does it run and feel fine?

Is the vibration depending on your car speed or your engine speed (revs)

I'm just goin easy through the gears, each shift point is around 3,000 rpms and it only vibrates shifting into second and until I hit around 3000 rpms, once I'm past that there are no vibrations. I feel like the vibrations depend on the Speed I'm traveling at more than the engine speed as it only happens when I'm shifting into second gear around 20mph. If I stay in first past 20mph, say 35 mph, there is no vibration going into second gear.

its the transmission... Unless its the balancer. But if its only happening in one gear and no other time then its got to be the trans.

okayyyy, so I did some playin around to see if it was only happening in 2nd gear. turns out that it does it in 1st as well. The vibration only happens from 18 - 25mph. I didnt feel it in first becuase i shifted into second when i hit around 15 mph when im just putting around. I have the timing belt kit ordered since the day i got the car and was going to put it in becuase its last record of getting it done was at 132xxx miles and its got 195xxx on it now. should i order a new balancer as well?

P.s. havent cleaned the EGR yet. going to do it now though.

Take it to a very reputable transmission shop and ask them to drive it with you and what their thoughts are.
