VSA issues after hitting a pot hole 2007 Honda Accord V6
Wow. What a mess. I hit a bad pot hole in September. The traction control light came on immediately. Since that day, the VSA engages intermentantly for no apparently reason. The dealership has replaced the yaw rate sensor, the modulator (which I understand houses the pump) and the wire harness. I just got the car back on Friday and the very next day, turned left on a road and the VSA engages. Most of the time the Triangle flashes on and off as soon as the car comes back under control. No codes are registred. Oddly enought, the only recent codes are when the VSA was turned off which I"ve had to do alot in the periods between the car being worked on. The Mechanic is frustrated and the dealership service dept basically let me know that they've spent too much time on my car. I've been in a rental 30 days in total. I keep asking logically if it is the wheel sensor on the wheel I hit. They keep saying no. The only codes all keep pointing to the yaw rate sensor but the sensor and the wiring have all been replaced. ??? Any help would be appreciated. Thank God for insurance. $4000 so far and the problem is not fixed.
