Washer fluid freezes

the fuse is probably under the hood or where you open the door on the dash, just open the pannel

you could just mix a bottle of rubbing alcohol with your blue water

And that rubbing alcohol will or more than likely end up softning all th rubber parts plus your wiper blade in short order...
