Weird noise from alternator ?

Recheck the CEL code - 93 does not come up. If you can take a video of the lights/flashes we might be able to help (long vs. short)
ABS - if it is 1-3 that is a high pressure leakage. I would start, again just me, by double checking the fluid level in the ABS unit. Then bleed the ABS unit.
D4- a 15 is for the mainshaft sensor. I'd pull the sensor, clean the end of it and re-install.
Clear the codes - pull the fuse from the under hood fuse box to the ECU. Give it ~20 seconds or so and re-install fuse.
Drive the car for a bit and recheck codes if any come back.

Well, I could make the CEL code into a 9 and a 30 but that really doesn't fit?
Again, change in plans here, check the abs fluid level, if low top it off and again I would give it a "quick" bleed.
Clear the codes. Drive the car and see what you have?
Also, have someone start the car as you put your hand on the ABS unit....do you feel the unit buzz?

Well the 9 and 30 could be the codes but I would think with the 9 you would be having more issues.
Clear the codes and drive the car and see what/which ones come back.
Also, verify my "guess" on the noise - again put your hand on the abs unit and have someone start the car. Does the noise and vibration of the abs unit go together?

To clear all of the codes, remove the 7.5 amp backup/radio fuse for a minute. You can check the codes immediately, then after you drive the car a bit.
Does the check engine light turn on while driving?
For the ABS noise, you can try to unplug the ABS module electrical connector or remove the ABS relay. If all noises go away, then you pretty much verified the modulator is the problem and not the alternator as the noise source.
