Weird noise when condenser fan comes on
Whenever the fan comes on, I hear a weird sound that grows when I accelerate. Video posted below. Also, it seems the fan comes on very frequently, almost every 15 seconds or so. How worried should I be? This is on a 2005 Honda accord ex v6.

I did not recognize that noise, but have had some high pitched screeching noise from both cooling fans and heater blower. This occurs when end bearings get loose and allow the rotating armature to contact the field magnets (stator) on the motor. It is a horrible screeching that can't be tolerated. Your noise is likely some fan/shroud or internal motor noise.
New motor is req'd to fix. Bearings are not repairable. I tried but could not find replacement bearings (bushings). Motors are relatively inexpensive. Check ebay, rockauto, et al.
good luck

It would have been better if we had a video/recording from under the hood.
On your V6, under the hood at the passenger side firewall is an APP sensor (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor). There is a cable attached to the APP, I believe if you slightly pull the cable, it will open up the throttle. Your 2005 V6 has drive-by-wire, so it doesn't have the traditional throttle cables on the throttle.
That way you can make the recording from under the hood instead of inside the cabin.
Then we can try to ascertain if the sound is from the condenser fan and/or something else.

From under the hood:

I cant hear a noise from condenser fan from there probably because radiator fan is a little noisy. Also I think I have a coolant leak, im going to have it looked at.

Noise is not from fans as you can hear squeaking noise when fans have stopped.
Noise sounds like a squeaking bearing, perhaps ac compressor pulley idler bearing or alternator. Suggest removing belt and cranking to confirm noise is originating from belt driven component. If yes, then you will need to isolate which component; compressor, alternator, PS.
good luck
