When lights are on turn signal stays on

I'd lean towards a poor ground connection from the headlight bulbs. The tricky part is to find where the ground wire bolts to the car's sub-frame on the driver's side. You'll have to follow the wire harness from the driver's headlight and look for some black wire(s) coming out and bolting through an eyelet to the metal sub-frame.
I looked at few youtube videos and didn't see the driver's side ground from the camera angles. You'll either have to remove the plastic bumper cover to get to the ground or maybe the battery and battery tray to access. I'd suggest watching some youtube videos on replacing the headlight assembly on a 2012 accord to see what is involved.
Once you find the ground, then unbolt it, clean the eyelet and botl with a wire brush or sandpaper, then reinstall.
