Would like to start with appearance then go to performance what are the mods I need to go with in order and what companies should I use looking at body kits rims lights etc then would like to go with a powerful daily driver with a turbo setup . Avoid body kits unless you want to look ricy. Lip kits are the best option for classy visual alteration (honda's OEM lip kit is the best IMO)
I would lower your car but not by too much, say 1.5 inches all around. Coilovers will give you better control and adjustability.
Your V6's transmission is junk and will not handle any more power than what it has (and plenty of them fail with that). I would suggest looking for a acura CL type S 6 speed manual as those can be swapped in place of the auto transmission. This alone will give your J30 v6 the best means of putting its power down. Hands down the best mod you can do.
After that I would consider a comptech super charger. They make them for the J30 and many people have installed them with great power and results. There is no reliable turbo setup for your engine, despite what you may be able to find on the web. You don't want to go cheap when it comes to boost unless you are wanting to see your engine blow up.
For a new transmission, supercharger (with tune), exhaust, coilovers, and lip kit you are looking in the neighborhood of $8-10,000.
If you go cheap your car will look cheap, so don't do it unless you want to look like a child.

look at this for 6 speed swap

I don't have the best advice for you on coil overs, check our www dot horsepowerfreaks.com - they may not have the best prices (10-20 dollars off however their support is killer) but their search feature pairs you up with what will work for your car.
'Wings West' makes a stylish lip kit, it is the closest to the OEM honda lip kit out there.
JDM (jap domestic market) headlights are also a great classy look changer
the supercharger is made by 'Comptech' they have kits for the accord.
You will need ECU alterations / adjustments for the transmission and supercharger.
Be prepared to spend a ton of money if you want this done right. If you do it RIGHT you will have a CHERRY accord that will last a long time, be fun to drive and will turn heads.
just PLEASE dont turn it into this....

hi i have a 1993 cb7 and i've been contemplaiting an engine swap. i've done my research up to now and i want an F20b DOHC Vtec..... the thing is i have no idea where to start. its not going to b for awhile but the advice and help now to me would come in handy.... also would like advice on how to get the most torque out of the F20 because i read it has less than the H22

When you start modifying the car, you increase the chance to have problems if this accord is your daily driver.
The 96 is OBD2, so you may have to keep it OBD2. That would mean an H22A with an OBD2 PCM (the 96 prelude PCM is what you would need).
The turbo installation would be easier, but not sure what PCM you need.
You may want to consider starting with suspension and brakes before going after HP.

If your car has an automatic transmission you can pretty much forget about doing a turbocharger installation.

Coilovers, bushings, sway bars, maybe strut bars, lighter, wider wheels (15x7 should work just fine unless you're getting biiiig calipers) and the usual manifold, exhaust and intake should be your direction before power.
