How did you verify the no spark? Grounding a plug may produce a weak spark, fooling you into thinking the spark is ok. Hookup a timing light on the wires, and see if enough spark is generated to flash the timing light.

Also, make sure that you have the spark plug wires installed in the right order on the distributor cap.

if you sprayed fluid in the throttle body and still no start,, it is a spark issue chk the coil and ignitor , also the rotor, there is a write up on the DIY section ,,

Now you verified a spark problem.

Turn key to II position and see if you have 12V on the blk/yel wire that leads to the coil. If no voltage, then suspect ignition switch or wiring.

If you have 12V, then either the coil or ignitor should be tested.

I replaced the coil and the ICM still nothing. I am not sure but I think the wires on the cap are right.

I had a similar problem also. My distrubutor was leaking oil into the body.(bad bearing) The oil built up and it cooked the wires to the ignitor and the magnetic pickup. The insulation on the wires were falling apart. I tried to fix. Ended up replacing the distrubutor. Took off the valve cover and redid the gasket for the spark plug holes. Holes were full of oil. When all was done, started car, now runs perfect.

let me get this right.......

you are getting fuel, you are getting spark, timing belt is ok..cam timing is ok,no chk engine lite on,,, still car does not start,,

plug wires installed in proper order?? try something for me ,, i am wondering if by now you got a cylinder wash...any fuel in the oil ?? compression ok ? remove the plugs, put a bit of tranny fluid in each cylinder, crank engine,after cranking put a bit more oil again, install plugs , try starting it that way
