i dont see a manual for my car on that website or on any website for that matter. i was able to find the motor and check the connector with the power on.

i think that was how it looked the middle on the bottom had constant power. but the others wouldnt switch on. so im figuring its either the switch or the wire.

In '98, the wiper motor gets constant power, and the switch is on the ground side of the circuit. I'd imagine that Honda did it the same way in '04?

You found the one that has constant power. The others are switched ground, not switched power.

So use your multi-meter in 'continuity' or 'resistance' mode. Check each of the others. You should find one that's grounded in each switch position, and probably one that's grounded all the time.

You think it's burnt? Or you know it's burnt? Is the motor getting power and ground?

i think its burnt. last time when i thought it was a burnt motor, i changed it out and it has been working but its dead again. it may very well be another problem. i actually cant check it at the moment because i recently got into a minor frontal accident but it was enough to bend my hood enough to where the latch no longer works. i was just hoping someone could tell me if there could be any other reason why its not working or if there could be something causing the problem.

I checked the 30A fuse inside the cabin in the driver's side kick panel and it looks fine. I also switched it out just in case but I still have nothing. Please help. I think there'll be more rain.
Wilpers did you check the relay that is underneath the hood to see if it's burnt if not it means motors burnt you can also switch relays while testing to see if it is burnout or not
