Wipers won't return to normal resting position
Car: 96 EX Accord
The wiper arms on my Accord won't return all the way to where they should rest at after the switch is on and wipers run. All the wiper functions work normally, high, low, delay..
When the switch is turned off, they go to rest at about a foot above where they should. Very annoying!
But if I manually push the arms back to the spot where they should rest, they stay there.
Just wondered if any of you guys have had this happen and is there a common failure part? (Wiper "module" or something?)

Sounds, again "sounds" like somethiing in the linkage.....however have you looked at the "*****" where the wiper arms attach.....a cold winter where there is ice on the window and someone trys to "wipe" the windshield......
