Default Won't start just a click under dash Driver sidewall

Ok, I am sure somebody has had this problem before, but I couldn't find an answer in the DIY section, maybe I am not searching properly.

1990 accord was running fine went out to start it and the battery was dead. Charged it up fully and all (fuel pump and lights) comes on, but I just hear one click. Started tracing the click noise and can feel it coming from a small (1"X1") or so box located inside up under the dash on the drivers sidewall. Is this the master relay? Could that be the problem? I was goint to cross the poles on the starter, but the selenoid pose has some kind of hard protector on it, haven't yet looked real close to figure out how that comes off. Any help would be appreciated.

If the click came from the starter, then I would suspect a solenoid.

If you hear strange clicks under the dash, then maybe your battery has a dead cell and can't put out the required amps. I would have the battery tested at a parts store. Especially if it was working fine then all of a sudden, it lost its charge.

Default Battery good

Battery is good. Also it is not making several clics when you try to start, like a a dead battery does tika-tika tik, just on click from that little plastic box on the sidewall.
