CAR WONT START
Hi there guys and gals...I am a new owner of a 1991 Honda Accord. I always wanted one for the reliability as they say. My accord has 140,000 miles and got it from 2nd owner with tons of paper work on many things done to maintain it/ regular maintenance schedules. Anyway the last owner told me that recently it acts as if it does not want to start but very rare. The starter turns over and there is a green light on the "S" symbol under the gear select that stays on. But when you leave it off a while and come back to it, it will start. The green light lights up on the "S" then go off and the car starts. Vehicle has ben well maintained and is very nice but I cant trust it to start when it wants. Has anyone else had this problem. The previous owner said and showed me paperwork where they took it to a honda dealer and they just changed the distributor, wires, cap, and a tune up. But it happened again to him. I figured it would be something small so I bought the car anyway because of condition of car. How can I fix this starting problem?[:@]
