I would agree with lightshow.... that setup seems to be a pretty good one.... If price is a big concern I know sleep deprevation put together one for cheap (like $450 or something...) headers, cat back exhaust....

Sorry about not clarifying that.... there is a member on here named Sleep Deprevation. He bought/installed a full header to exhaust setup for like $450.00 and is pretty happy with it.... if money is a big object you can ask him about what he thinks.... As with everything you probably won't get quite as much quality/gain as you would with the setup that lightshow suggested but it will be MUCH better than stock...

you think cam gears, short ram intake, will affect the noise of the exhaust?
if so, u think light shows setup would be stilll quiet ?
im just really worried about the noise.

if it is, what does this particular converter do?

The cat is between the header and the rest of the exhaust. It's only purpose is emissions. As far as the particulars, I'm not quite sure what gas it changes to CO...something carbon based I'm sure. It's been a semester or two since I've taken Gen. Chem. Anyway, even if you've got a new header and cat back, the catalytic converter is still slowing down the exhaust flow so therefore, if you get a high flow, you'll be all set.

Here's a link to what I believe your lookin' for. Make sure to ask sam @ missionspeed if he has them in stock for you.

...and to answer your question on if it's the best or not...to my knowledge there is no better exhaust that still maintains a quite, good sound than the apexi WS2 (thats why I bought mine). The DC Header SS is the best that I know of that's within a reasonable price. If you wanted to go all the way i think comptech might have a header, or like toda or something. As far as the cat, not too sure (haven't done my research), but I know it will help.
