air breather?

Default air breather?

what does an air breather do and does it help anything? i thought about getting one because thy are like 10$.

not sure if they even use it on FI cars but on carburated cars it was from PCV valve routed back to the air cleaner housing where a filter was attached to catch the oil... used to have to change them every time you chanced your air filter (about 1 time a year in my case). On the FI cars they just route the PCV valve back into the intake tube

yeah, that is what goes on the valve cover for the tube that goes to the intake you wont see any real gains from using it, if anything its a little less efficent to use it cause you arent reusing any of the extra gasses

and depending on the accord you have that tube is joined with a coolant tube as well...... well i think it might be most accords
