Nice avatar!
I don't have an answer for you, but be sure to look into the engine management computers or E-Prom chips ($$). I was looking to stroke the v6,then found out the cost of the chip and programming=too much sum total. It would have been cool to have the car stroked and then dyno'd tho. I found a place in tampa (on the internet) and still might visit them and have the car tested for the fun of it.
Good Luck!

RE: CAMS AND INTAKE MANIFOLD
you could always do what I did and find yourself a JDM F22B dohc non-vtec (jdm prelude si motor...same as usdm h23 basically)
twin cam f22 thats definetly faster than your stock motor (160 crank hp)....plus being that all the top-end components are interchangeable between the dohc f22b and the h23....a lot more parts become a lot easier to find....
look at crower cams (for h23)...they have a few really good options as well as a new strengthened valvetrain kit.
plus...people always look at you kinda weird when you can say "yeah...its a DOHC non-vtec F22...kinda rare..."
