ok listen headers are gonna make more power ....ok if your car is not built or doesnt have a turbo or S/c then youre gonna loose power because j30's are at their perfect back pressure ...so in turn if there is nothing making more back pressure and you put on an exhaust with bigger piping there goes alittle mor lowend torque...and if nobody has noticed WE DONT HAVE MUCH IN THe FIRST PLACE yes you will have a higher top speed but from redlight to redlight it aint gonna help you in advice between dual or single thats just for looks and sound thats your choice "me?" Duals are sexier

^^^^ actually, you're wrong. Headers are a good upgrade for the 6th gen V6.

Hold up i didnt clarify......Headers are a GREAT upgrade Exhaust on the other hand is a look and sound upgrade until further mods and alot of people were getting stuff wrong so i posted anyway this is america i can do that

A cat-back can add power by itself as well. The B-pipe is the biggest airflow restriction on most Hondas.
