Default Gonna start modding my 03 accord LX

Hey so Im getting my accord on Monday, but I wanna have a list of things I wanna do to it, so Im not stuck sitting here like "Hmmm what next". Im looking around for exhaust and intakes. What do you guys think of the flowmaster 40 series? I dont want my exhaust to be too loud, but i want it to sound nice. Also, what kind of intake do you guys recommend ? Thanks

AEM or Injen intakes

flowmaster 40 series is a good muffler. Has a nice mellow tone.

You can do just about anything and everything you want. It just pays to play.

Also remember this...

fast
reliable
cheap

you can only pick two. So pick your performance parts wisely....don't cheap out.

If i was you i'll try Magnaflow or Megan Exhaust not to sure about Flowmaster, Next wheels 19's,coil overs, aem and that should keep your pocket busy for now.

I'd leave the cat back part alone and get an aftermarket J-pipe, pretty decent performance gains, cat back isn't going to do much in terms of performance.

I have the flowmaster 40 series. very good muffler. As for megan the mufflers are OK the exhaust aren’t so much. They use a thin piping so they rust out and fall apart fairly quickly.
