Id like to do the headers myself- like to save sum $ n enjoy workin on my car. However I don't have a lift. Id like to hear from someone who considers themselves to have a decent mechanical knowledge and has replaced their headers- how long did it take, what was degree of difficulty? Etc.

The front one can easily be done, the back one is a little tricky because it's behind the engine, so it's kindda hard to reach. Cat back is a piece of cake with the car up high enough so you can get down under the car safely. The only issue is all the bolts must be all rusted by now so with out the torch you might have a hard time get them bolts out.

The garage I go to quoted me for an hour for header removal and install. They did my catback in under an hour a few months ago.

If it takes about an hour at the shop to do the job, expect a few hour in your driveway with out air tools and torch :-)
