hmmm where to start here.
The 4th gen(90-93) Accord wasn't offered in a V6.
Fastest for least amount of money............right. Isnt that what everyone wants.

If you want to make it a sleeper and spend the least amount of $ then you are already on the right track. Everyone who makes sleeper just mods the motor unless they do suspension but thats it performance wise.

Assuming you dont go turbo. Get a Megan header, ebay intake then buy a K&N or AEM filter, and an exhaust. Do a tune up. Only use NGK plugs.

The meagan header costs more than i paid for the whole car. what is the difference between that and the 75 dollar headers

The difference in headers? The headers provide more airflow, by widening the diameter of the piping, and more airflow means more ponies. I was going to go with Megan headers as well

If you can't pony up the cash for mid-range headers, you will probably do more damage to your car than good. Why would you dump money into the car that's not worth it?

So you want to rice out your car, but you also want to make it a sleeper? thats kind of an oxymoron but whatever. Go sleeper all the way, theres a million kids out there with fartcans and park bench wings and it just gives hondas a bad rep. For a cheap easy to install upgrade just buy a cheap SRI off ebay and put a K&N filter on it. Doesn't really give you any HP, but gives you better throttle response.
