if it's the sheet metal where the intake goes through that's getting hit then put some loctite on the bolt that keeps loosening, then get a lenghth of hose, carefully slice down the center of it on one side then simply slide the hose on over the sheet metal, glue it in place if you want some added safety...
My intake rubbed wheni first got it had the same problem and did the same thing haha ..i thought i was the only one crazy enough to cut a hose and glue it around the hole haha guess not
