???...Quarter inch hole in the intake tube...????
I'm new to the modifying world and have a question that's bothering me... I just installed an AEM short ram intake in my 91 Accord. I connected all the necessary parts from my car to the tube and so on... All of a sudden I noticed about a quarter inch hole on the right of the tube. I don't now if this is normal... I made sure all I could connect has been connected. But that hole looks like a drill accident or something... I would assume it's not good since the objective of the tube is good airflow..... a random hole in it??? Any answers to this?

i dont really know if this is relevant but its kinda related...
when i installed my an SRI on my friends integra, it too has an extra hole but it has rubber to seal it..we didnt had to use that hole either...and honestly i dont really know what that was for...cuz i already connected everyhose from the stock intake to that aftermarket..
but like the others are saying...if you dont need it, definitely cover it...its not good to for your engine to have an unfiltered air...
