Well of course it will help, how much depends on what you buy. What model is your Accord? If you are starting off with a 95 LX, for example, you have 130 hp at the crank stock, and adding a CAI doesnt add more than maybe 8-10 hp tops. If you have an EX, you start with 145 at the crank, but you still dont have a ton of hp. Whats the hp on a new Camry btw?

cai 3-7. more around 3-5.
headers more around 5-9.
exhuast more around 8-13.
at best a gain of 29...but that rarely happens. you will at least pick up 8-10 though. 130 + say 20 = 150.
however, the only true way is to dyno your vehicle....after I get my custom catback done, its to the dyno I go!

A dyno is a machine that measures your car's horsepower. Basically your car gets put on a dyno, and the wheels of your car spin these big cylinders. the spin of the cylinders measures how much horsepower your car has. Dyno's are all in shops though, you can't like go buy one, and they are kinda expensive for a shop to let you use one. I dunno, if you had headers, exhaust, and a cold air intake I might go to a dyno, but I don't think you'll make enormous horsepower gains or anything. It might be worth the money more to wait until your car is more heavily modified, or wait until you are really tuning it to go to the dyno. The other thing is, your car weighs like 2855lbs. and the Camry weighs 3263lbs. I think that up against the four cylinder you could probably stand a chance with those upgrades, but the six is still going to whoop you. You could try taking your spare tire out, or your subwoofer if you have one, turning your air conditioning off when racing, or even taking your air conditioning unit out to lighten your car. But I would only do that if I was seriously going to be racing the car a lot, which I would not suggest doing on the street lol.
