Default Sleeper exhaust?

I picked up my 97 Accord from my brother in law, and the exhaust he has on it is God awful. It's way louder than it needs to be, and it's too short so it leaves soot on the bumper. I'm reforming this thing back to a nice sleeper. Can anyone recommend a quality exhaust that isn't too loud?

w00! A fellow sleeper!

Catback exhaust has the option of a silencer, if that interests you.

I would strongly second the apexi WS2. One of the quitest out there, plus you won't need to lose exhaust flow/velocity by putting on a silencer. (Unless you don't really care.)
