hey guys, just want to inform you I bought a K&N short ram intake last thursday and it runs great. I bought the short ram b.c. I didn't want to drive scared on the road with the cai and water. AEM doesn't make short rams for my accord only cai which costed $320 (which I wasn't paying). so I bought a sri from k&n. It sounds great, the noise comes in at 3000rpm+, and I feel the difference. thanks for you're help guys Ohh btw I bought the sri for $270.

very true. My apologies. that is a lot of money but atleast k&n makes a good piece of equipment for our cars. lots of engineering go into those intakes. id say they are worth the money in reliability, power, and installation. just not something i could afford lol.

Not really. Don't believe peoples word about ebay intakes. Just because its loud doesn't mean it has given you HP and TQ. K&N, AEM, Injen and companies that make intakes test their intakes constantly to guarantee hp and torque. That is why it is the price it is. It is guaranteed quality, Not some home-made intake.
