Default 2016 2.4L fuel pressure issue

Hello everyone, I have a 2016 Accord 2.4L automatic about 180k miles. Yesterday I took off from a stop sign and a bunch of lights came on the dash. Check engine, traction control, steering, and low tire pressure was flashing. It seems to run fine at low RPMs but once it get above 2300 ish, it goes limp. If I let off the gas and accelerate slowly, it’s fine. I had it scanned at Autozone and it’s reading P0087 for fuel rail pressure. I did a bunch of searching and it sounds like the high pressure fuel pump but I don’t have a scanner to test it. I rented a low pressure gauge but I got some crazy results. When I “turn the key on” (push button car), the pressure comes up to 52psi and holds but when I start the car the pressure gauge dances around like crazy (see video). I’ve never seen one bounce this much so I’m not sure if this is due to the high pressure pump malfunctioning, low pressure pump issue, or faulty gauge. When I turn the engine off, pressure holds around 52-54. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
