Default About to purchase used 2000 Accord....Need opinions please

Hello, just wanted to get some input on my first honda accord I am more than likely purchasing Monday. Here are the specs:

2000 Honda Accord LX - 4Dr
3.0L V6 SFI SOHC 24V
70,000 miles

Solid white, beige interior
power locks, windows, cruise
spoiler
no cd player (no biggie for me)
very clean, looks extremely nice

Basically, the lady that is selling it only drives it when visiting her family here in florida. So, she comes and visits for a month, drives it, leaves it. This is the reason there are hardly any miles on the car. She says the most abuse the car takes is from the car just sitting there and not being driven. She is really motivated to sell it because she is about to leave the states again.

I have spoke to her and she is very sincere and just looking to get rid of it because of the lack of use in simpler terms.

She is asking 5,800....i offered 4,800, she said she could do 5,000. Im gonna go look and drive it tomorrow and if everything checks out, I am pretty sure i am gonna buy it.

Do you guys think this is an ok deal or should i continue to look? Ive looked pretty extensively the last 2 weeks, and this one seems a decent deal.

thanks for any input

To me that sounds like a good deal..see if she has kept all the service records of all repairs since shes had it..
