Hi guys!!!!
In present time i'm happy owner Honda Accord EX_L 2008 4DR USA (29000 miles). This car is very popular in our region.
I'm living in central Europe and distance in miles and temperature in Fahrenheit's is very unusual for me.
Please, if who know how to switch (or reprogrammed EEPROM) dashboard and climate board in Canada (the same as Europe) settings (kilometers and Celsius) tell me about how this does.

Owner's manual should provide guidance on changing outputs to Km/hr, Kms, etc. If you don't have one, you can download from Honda directly is my understanding.

Unfortunately owner's manual is not contain information about it..
And dealer Honda in our region doesn't know as it to make on accord 8 manufacture in USA.
Please help somebody!!!!

 

I searched my 07 Accord owner's manual and 2003-2007 Shop Manual and found nothing about swapping from English units to Metric. I suppose you must swap the gauge panel.

I doubt in global swapping because Accord is it made as for USA (miles & F) as for Canada (Km & C) must had the same components. It's logical. Difference (IMHO) may be only in EEPROM. If my opinion isn't correct please tell me about it. And, if who have more information about this problem, please write to me and other owners Honda Accord 8 Gen living outside USA.
