Skunk2 pro 2 or pro 3 cams havent decided
skunk2 valve train
TWM ITBs

Damn son!! that sound wicked. have you looked into using f22 crank it should give you more stroke if Im not mistaken. IMO I wouldent go w/ skunk2 cams/ valve train since you are gonna be putting some money into this thing. Look into bisimo cams or delta or something else but thats just me. There is a guy hear in Tallahassee who has a h23vtec n/a motor not making the power you want but he is running 93pump and making 220whp @ like 180wtq in change. But the amazing part is he gets 40+MPG!!! but its in a heavy *** lude. but its fast as crap I do give it that for a n/a set up and heavy car. From what I rember he built up the bottom end but I dont rember what all he did besides the f22 crank. Also deff. go w/ RMF header! god that guy knows what he is doing when it come to headers

H23 and F22 have the same stroke

H23A1 = 95mm/3.740
F22 = 95mm/3.740

Well skunk2s seem to make good power, I was also considering JUN but those are far more expensive because of the name.

I made 191whp with my h22a4 with just bolt ons.

300whp should be no prob with that set up. B/c Scott @ Collective Racing in AZ has a ITB h22 w/ RMF header and is making 300whp. I cant rember what else he has done either...lol but that guy knows his Stuff. I give him MAD props I mean MMMMMAAAADDDD props. From what I have heard he is THE KING of H series in the west coast

F23 has more with 97mm i believe, and k series crank has 99mm i believe, but then that causes main journal problems and alot of custom work. I just want to run low 12s maybe high 11s.

What are you going to do for a tranny? H series or custom? Now this might be a dumb question...but can you spray w/ that high of compression? Or even use methanol injection? cus I know meth lowers your intake charge unlike nitrous (aka big freakin booom!)
An damn that would add some nice number on the high end as well you would never have to do a fuel treatment to your motor EVER.

I currently have a M2B4 H tranny with the factory LSD. I hear the diffs are only good up to 250whp. So the great debate is do I want to build it while its out, or risk having to take it out again.

I see a company just started making custom dog box trannies for the H, but the price is about $5,500 and its a 4spd(I still intend on bringing her out on the street on weekends).

I wouldnt spray on that high of compression, people that build motors made for nitrous run low compression just like with a turbo and they just shoot a ton of nitrous in.

I am by no means a methanol expert, but this is my take on it. Methanol by itself does not make power, it just allows you to run higher boost or in theory higher compression without detonation. A friend of mine said I should run 15:1 compression with methanol lol.

Ohh I see I dont know anything about either to be honest. There is a guy on one of my other accord forums who has custome gears for like $1500. If you want I can get some info for you. BTW hes running a 600+hp h22 in a cd5. This thing is wicked and I mean WICKED. I wanna say with street tires he can launch in 5th and still burn tires.

Nah thanks for the offer but I don't have any money right now for that, and still have to decide what I want to do.
