Default New 92 Honda Acord Lx owner

I recently bought my friend's 92 accord lx. would like to do some improvements on it. I have already replaced the rotors (were warped) what a pain. i just bought a new grille, short ram intakeand corner/signal lights. it was in a fender bender and has slight damage to driver side fender and the hood is a little tucked but not that noticable although i want to fix it. would you recommend taking it to a body shop or just buy aftermarket parts. what would be cheaper? also how do you remove the headlights i cant figure them out. the tranaxle needs to be overhauled any idea on how much that would be. it has over 200,000 mi on it. 4cyl. runs great. except for tran-e shifting so hard. when it's cold it shifts good but when its hot it shifts hard. lookin forward to your help.thx in advance. later

I had a 92 LX for years. I traded it at 210k. It was in pretty sad shape-faded/oxidized blue paint, needed a master cylander and an oil pan seal as well. The engine was awesome-never burnt oil ever! It was by far the most reliable car i ever owned. It hooked me to hondas.
