Cool New to HAF

Hello all,
I am new here. I just purchased a 1990 Honda Accord and am looking for a cheap automatic transmission. My Accord has a 2.2 engine.
I purchased this Accord knowing it needed a tranny put in it but was given a used tranny that I was told was good. After in stalling it I found out the tranny I put in was worse than the original one so now hoping to find a good one at a fairly cheap price.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

welcome enjoy your stay...nice to see another cb7 on the forums.

Try posting in the "wanted" area of the forum for your trans needs...BTW you can use any trans from a 90-97accord even some accords after 97 but it must have a f seires engine.

your accord has a f22a engine.. There is a engine code stamp on your block right under your distributor. Yours will say "f22a1/f22a4/f22a6"
