New to the Honda community!
Hey peeps, just bought a 97 Accord sedan for a steal with only 146,000 on it. This is my first tuner car , always was into the lowered/bagged minis so I'm gonna be looking for some help and patience please! I have plans and ideas running wild in my head to build this lil ride into something special but I am still trying to figure out a few major things and I'm hoping I can become part of this community and that I can get some to the point info. So thanks in advance and sorry for any noob questions I may ask.

Welcome to HAF.
The 5th gen Accords (94-97) are pretty solid cars and will last a long time if you take care of it. Speaking of which, at those miles and age you want to be sure the timing belt has been changed. If you can't confirm the last replacement, assume it is due and get it done.
Then comes the other maint/tune up stuff - same deal, if you can't confirm when it/they were last done.......assume they are do and do it. From there you will have a nice "base" to start from.
Don't go spend ~$500 on rims and tires just to have the t-belt let go.
