Exclamation Please help me diagnose this problem

Hello Friends:
Need some suggestion troubleshooting my car problem. As I was driving my checkengine light and VSA light came on and car suddenly started loosing power. When in park as well the car dies if I apply gas on the car as shown on the video. The brake too felt little hard. My car had oil burning issue and last oil change was done on January with high mileage oil and I have been adding oil as it has been burning oil. Yesterday I checked the oil and it was minimum so I added more oil about 2 quarts but the problem is still ongoing.
check engine light is ON but since I dont have the scanner, I havent been able to check the code yet(went to walmart and they didnt had one). Would appreciate if you watch the video and provide feedback for troubleshooting.

Link to the car video is here:

You don't have an auto parts store you can go to to get the code read? You say the oil was low was it at the min line if so you put 1qt too much in. Check your oil stick again to verify. Your VSA could be due to a bad abs/speed sensor but you need the codes read.

Thank you SeanJordan, I am little scared to drive because the car does not have power when I drive which is the reason why I didnt went to autozone to have the car engine checked.
