Accord Turbo

Turbos are a generic part, meaning they aren't meant for any specific car. If you got a manifold with a T3 flange than any HKS turbo with a T3 flange would fit. If you got a manifold with a T4 flange than any HKS turbo with a T4 flange would fit. Assuming it is not too big to fit in the space.

I suggest searching because you seem to know little no nothing about a turbo set up. Learn how a whole turbo system works. Then start doing research on what power goals you want. How much money you want to spend. It's not just as simple as getting a turbo kit and slapping it on your honda. You have to factor in tuning solutions. If your going to use a full EMS or how you are going to adjust your a/f ratio....and the list goes on.
Search search search...all the info is out there at your fingertips.

^ + 1.. You can't just be cut & dry about a turbo setup. There are MANY ways of doing it, knowing the principles of how the parameters of a good setup work is a good start.
You can enlighten yourself by reading this about 5 times in a row then coming back to ask something legitimate:
G2IC Turbo Guide - A Guide to Turbocharging your Honda / Acura Integra
To give you a better clue, a .57 or .60 trim Turbonetics or Garrett would work fine on a stock block at no more than 7psi, and a FLAWLESS tune. That should get you started..
I have the same engine as you do - boosted.

Truth. I have to say though, I got 28mpg even boosting in my 6G, and before I got the same mileage too. So depends how it's done and how often you boost, and how much you are pushing, and also on the way it is tuned.
