First tuner turbo build and new member
I have a F22/a motor that i would like to get about 360hp from the flywheel. This will be a daily driver so i do need reliability if possible. I already have a turbo, intercooler. What else can i do to the engine to accomplish or come really close to my goal. I do not plan to do any boring of the engine. The platform is a 91' dx accord that the engine will power. I dont have to worry about any emission because my state doesnt require any and going to use an internal wastegated. Please give advise. I am not sure what size turbo i have because i bought it a long time ago.

Just curious, how did you come up with this 360hp figure? Mind you that the F22A comes stock with only about 125HP. I (just guessing) think that 360 is a stretch. If you could get 200 that would be impressive. Also when you increase power output, pistons, connecting rods, bearings, crankshafts, etc. tend to break.

That is the goal that i want, It is just a rough number that i think is the maximum usable street hp for an everyday driving car. Only 200. Wow, well what needs to be done to get to about 185 or more, please keep in mind i am adding a turbo to the engine. This is kinda like my practice turbo engine build from scratch, to test my theories by putting them to application and learn more about getting what i want.

f22's can hit 300whp STOCK seen it done many many times. But if you want to make over 300 you will need to grab yourself a h23 intake mani f22a6 runners and a nice sized TB pnp the whole manifold and port match your head. Gonna need a valve job and new valve train. Stronger rods and pistons. Forged pistons would be a plus but you can still use oe f22 pistons turbo cam and adjustable cam gear. Need good turbo manifold not a cast manifold crap. Rams horn manifold will produce some good numbers. You need full 3' exhaust str8 piping is the best way to go. A good standalone engine management system and a AWSOME tune. I know I’m prob. missing some things but that’s a good start for now. Plan on dropping around 3-5k on this set up for a reliable 350whp.

Yeah he knows what he is talking about. If I have questions I use to go to him on another forum. He also has a sick nasty built and boosted h22

That vid is from couple years ago...I'm not sure what he has done since then.
