Talking Help im that new guy!

i hav a 94 accord ex all stock and i want to put turbo in it but i dont no what parts to upgrade/or add to do it.......cus i im on a budget and i dont want to swap the engine, so any advice or help on what to do will be great thanks!

Is the car auto or manual? I wouldn't really recommend boosting the auto.

Here is a basic list of things you will need.

Turbo
oil/coolant lines
charge piping
intercooler (If you choose)
Blow off valve
Exhaust manifold
wastegate
down pipe
engine management (most important)

manual (funny thing i was just looking at your accord lol) but do you think a intercooler a necessity?

I would, especially consider they aren't that expensive. The cooler the air is going in the more power you will make.

thanks.....i heard car mileage could be a big factor(igot 121xxx)

I wouldn't worry about it too much, the F22 engines are pretty strong. As long as yours is in good shape that isn't too many miles. If it had over 200 then I might be hesitant.

And if it does blow F22s are a dime a dozen at the junkyard.

I say yes to that intercooler being a 97% necessity..

Reading this thread....so it's not recommended to install turbo on an automatic? How come?
