Question JDM F23A Turbo questions...........

okay... i have a JDM F23A in my 98 Acura cl ( same thing as accord ) i managed to pick up a SUPER SWEET OBX-R manifold DIRT cheap for the car. and im planning on boost...... not much.. enough to just make it a little more peppy. im looking for a small t3/t4 to slap on there and im just wondering.. what would be recommended boost wise on a fully stock setup i have some dsm 450cc injectors i will be replacing the stock ones with an aem high flow fuel rail and regulator and a skunk 2 adjustable cam gear. what is a safe(ish) boost level to keep the car stable and safely daily driven.. *just a note* i drive about 53 miles each way a day to work... and morning traffic pisses me off and the stock engine is just... Ehh... yea. so hence the idea of installing a small turbo kit. any input would be GREATLY appreciated.

If it is your daily driver... let alone mainly stock... I would suggest staying away from turbos or super chargers. If you want something with a little more pep, perhaps a engine swap or buying a " toy " on the side to have fun with.

turboing a engine that wasnt intended will do more harm then good, whether its in a few months or in a few years. also the benefits to the money spent dont last in the long run.

take a look at engine swaps if you are looking into doing a turbo. either b18 b16s or maybe upgrade to the k20 k24 series.
